How long will my order take before it's delivered?Once you send us your artwork, our studio will do a basic check on what you have supplied. Once we are happy, we will email a proof back to you to approve*. Once you approve your proof, we're on the case and delivery will take 2-3 working days**. We do aim to get your products to you sooner. *Note: We need your approval before we can print your job. **Certain print items can take longer, but please check on the product information for estimated delivery times.

I'm not sure if I have set my artwork up correctly?That's ok, we are here to help. When you browse the products in the shop, each product will contain a 'specification' which will contain all the information you need to set up your job correctly. If not are still not confident, then please call us on 0000 000 0000 and one of our staff will be here to help.

How do I send KapowPrint.uk my artwork?Once you have purchased your product(s), you will be redirected to another page where information is given on how to send us your artwork. We can accept your artwork via: the upload link, email (sales@kapowprint.uk) or via 'wetransfer.com'

What format(s) do I need to send my artwork in?Kapow-Print will accept your artwork in the following formats: JPEG (300dpi), Tiff (300dpi), PDF (HRES 300dpi – Press Quality), Photoshop File (.psd, .tiff. jpeg 300dpi). Please note that we accept files in RGB format and CMYK format. All artwork must be supplied with 3mm bleed on all sides with NO CROP MARKS. Each product in the shop has a 'artwork specification' pdf which will help you set up you artwork correctly. Alternatively please call one of our team for information.

Can I change my order once I have approved the proof?Sometimes this is possible, but we can not guarantee it. This is due to the fast turn around times that we work to. So please check all artwork is correct, before approval.

Do you charge extra for delivery?No. This is as long as the delivery address is within the UK.

How will my order be delivered?Your order will be delivered to your requested address via a courier. We will notify you an approximate time of delivery when we have it confirmed with the courier.

I can't find what I am looking for. Do you print bespoke jobs?At Kapow Print we are here to serve. So if you need a bespoke job and it's not on the website, then please use our 'contact form', 'Live Chat', or the good old telephone to discuss your request.

My proof doesn't look right?If you feel that there is something wrong with your proof, then please let us know as soon as possible, by email (sales@kapowprint.uk) or telephone 0000 000 0000. Please do not approve you artwork if you are NOT happy with it.

What payment methods does Kapow-Print accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards.

I am not happy with my print. What do I do?Firstly, please do not stress. Contact one of our team members who are always willing to help. You will need to inform us 'why you are not happy' and we can go from there. If you feel there is a fault on the job, we may request you send back a sample* as proof of the error/fault. Once we have received the item, we can start an investigation. After the investigation, if we think that Kapow Print is at fault, we will reprint your project again and deliver it to the same delivery address as the previous job. *We do not keep samples from every job, due to waste and storage.

Will Kapow Print keep my credit/debit card payments safe from fraud?At Kapow Print we DO NOT store any financial documents, such as credit card details. Our website uses a third-party payment system, which is secure.
